Datahandling conditions

The owner of the website and data handler: Ragonese Kft. (2367 Újhartyán, M5 Ipari Park, hrsz. 1211.)

• Your visiting data are automatically registered by Google Analytics service when you are visiting the website. These data are not matched with the users’ personnal data by the Datahandler and Manager, they are solely used for surveying number of visitors, for internal statistics.
• During user registration on ragonese.hu website the users voluntarily given data are used for sending Ragonese Ltd’s newsletter, and making their serive more popular. Personnal data management happens with the users’ voluntary consent.
• Personnal data, provided by the users are not given by Data handler and Manager to third party. An exception is the lawful obligatory data forwarding,  which must be completed by the Data Handler and Manager based on official request , controlling legality.
• The Datahandler and Manager is obliged to manage personnal data according to and harmonised with laws 1992.  LXIII. about protection of personnal and public data.
• Direct  Access data of a person, registered on website, ( for example e-mail address) can be collected or used for the above reasons, for other reasons it is necessary to get the registered person’s additional release.
• The registrated user can ask for information about the handling of own data at any time during data handling, can check the content of personnal data, can ask for correction, or cancellation.
• The registrated user can send demand for information about data handling, data correction, or cancellationto the address ugyfelszolgalat@rewart.hu.
• The registrated user can cancel for newsletter on Hírlevél ( Newsletter) menu point of the website.
• The registrated user can protest against handling own personnal data, if:
  • this is necessary solely to fulfil interests of Datahandler/ Manager
  • Data is used or forwarded directly for business reason, public poll, or scientific research
  • right for protest is guaranteed by laws.
• The registrated user can send own protest to Datahandler/ Manager to the address of ugyfelszolgalat@rewart.hu.
• As you do not agree with the answer from the concerned Datahandler/ Manager to your protest, given within 15 days to your objection, you can turn to concerned jury according to your Datahandler/ Manager residence, or the involved person’s residence according to own choice within 30 days of statement.
