Our company is one of the leading frozen cakes producers and ice-cream maker factory of Hungary, where we produce ice-cream and frozen cakes under high product quality and food safety. Our target is to produce such products that comply with the demands of international requirements with their high quality, and serve to ur customers` full satisfactory.
Our basic task is to comply with the customers demands in the highest level, besides our activities burden the environment in the possible minimum level. Every employees` task is to improve their activities and furthermore continously improve effectiveness of operation, by minimising burdening effects on the environment, contribute to effectiveness and successes of Ragonese ltd.
Besides the economical aspects we focus on quality, food safety, and environmental aspects. Therefor:
• By completing the valid rules and European Union`s requirements, analysing and minimising the affects made on environment, we are continously controlling and and improving the quality of our products.
• Modernise our existing technology, employ new solutions, technologies to according to market demands and reachable best technological requirements.
• Pay increased attention on careful, responsible usage of resources, on prevention of food contaminations. Identify the remarkable food-safety risks, and regularly control them.
• We support our empoyees quality and food-safe work with trainings, and we await their regular and active participation.
• By keeping the safety-technological requirements, by preventing the accidents, threatening the environment potentially, by eliminating the harmful environmental effects, by continous improvement of working environment we decrease burdening environment, protect our operators’ health.
The MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management, and IFS, integrated management system, according to the commercial requirements are the base of operation and activities of the organisation.
The rules are kept by owners’ personnal example, and made kept by operators, involved entirely.
